The deadline for submission was February 9th at midnight and we have closed the Meeting of the Minds Call for Programs. We are looking forward to building a great session lineup with our submitted and selected programs. If you are still interested in presenting at the Meeting of the Minds, please consider submitting a poster session instead.

We are excited to launch Call for Posters for the Meeting of the Minds 2026! We look forward to gathering in person in St. Louis, MO in April, 2026.
For poster presenters, please be aware that we will have posterboard and stands available but you are responsible for printing your poster on your own. The posterboard displays are 36 inches high by 48 inches long so your poster should be smaller than those dimensions. Poster setup will begin in the afternoon on Thursday, April 9th and pushpins will be provided.
